“Vkusove” Ltd., in its capacity as a personal data controller, strictly complies with all requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria when collecting, processing, and storing personal information through the website https://kosher-bulgaria.bg.
1. What personal data we collect:
When making reservations through the website, we collect the following data:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Stay dates
- Number of guests and any special accommodation requests (optional)
This information is voluntarily provided by the customer for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract for tourist services (accommodation).
2. Purpose of using personal data:
Personal data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Confirmation and management of the reservation
- Sending additional information regarding the stay
- Maintaining communication with the customer before, during, and after their stay
- Issuing invoices and accounting
- Archiving as required by Bulgarian legislation
3. Will personal data be shared with third parties and which:
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except in the following strictly regulated cases:
- To payment service providers – only in the case of online payments via virtual POS
- To accounting firms – for legally required financial reporting
- To government institutions – only upon official request under applicable law
In all cases, data sharing is limited to the necessary minimum and is carried out with proper contracts and data protection safeguards.
4. Data retention period:
The data is stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the reservation and any applicable legal obligations (e.g., accounting), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

- to object to processing

We had an absolutely incredible stay! We arrived with a large group, and even though the hotel was at full capacity, the hosts handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect—just outside the busy village, yet within walking distance to everything. If you’re looking for a fantastic kosher hotel, this place comes highly recommended.

Not one to usually leave reviews but Yanki and Atara went all out to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much to ask. If you had a request they found a way to accommodate. The kids had a great time, the food was amazing and the rooms were clean. Would recommend!
