These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Vkusove” Ltd., as the merchant and owner of the website https://kosher-bulgaria.bg, and users who make reservations through the platform.
1. Card Payments Information
The website allows payments via debit and credit cards through a virtual POS terminal. All payments are processed in a secure environment, according to the requirements of the bank and the payment service provider.
2. Reservation Cancellation – Terms and Deadlines
The customer has the right to cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date without a penalty. In case of cancellation within a shorter period or no-show, the paid amount will not be refunded, except in explicitly stated cases (e.g. force majeure).
3. Payment Disputes
If a dispute arises in connection with a payment, the customer may submit a complaint through the contact form on the website or directly to the merchant. All disputes will be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible – by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
4. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
“Vkusove” Ltd. processes personal data during the reservation process, including name, phone number, email, and stay details. This data is stored and used solely for reservation-related purposes and is not shared with third parties unless legally required or with the customer’s consent. We had an absolutely incredible stay! We arrived with a large group, and even though the hotel was at full capacity, the hosts handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect—just outside the busy village, yet within walking distance to everything. If you’re looking for a fantastic kosher hotel, this place comes highly recommended.

Not one to usually leave reviews but Yanki and Atara went all out to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much to ask. If you had a request they found a way to accommodate. The kids had a great time, the food was amazing and the rooms were clean. Would recommend!
