At Hotel Chateau Bansko, all our guests have the pleasure of enjoying exceptionally delicious and fresh dishes, prepared with attention to detail. Our restaurant offers a variety of meals that combine traditional Bulgarian recipes with modern culinary arts. Breakfast is served in a buffet style (continental), with a selection of fruits, pastries, cheeses, meats, and more. For dinner, our buffet offers an abundance of fresh and tasty dishes to satisfy all your desires and tastes.
Our restaurant combines a cozy atmosphere with a pleasant interior inspired by traditional Bulgarian style. After your delightful meal, you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink by the fireplace in the hotel’s cozy foyer, or indulge in the comfort and ambiance of our lobby bar. Enjoy the wonderful setting, good music, and attentive staff, who are always available to make your stay even more pleasant.
Our tavern, with a capacity of 20 seats, is the perfect place for private parties or special events. With its authentic Bulgarian feel, it provides a unique venue for those who want to celebrate special moments in a cozy and pleasant setting. Reservations can be easily made in advance at the reception.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! We arrived with a large group, and even though the hotel was at full capacity, the hosts handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect—just outside the busy village, yet within walking distance to everything. If you’re looking for a fantastic kosher hotel, this place comes highly recommended.

Not one to usually leave reviews but Yanki and Atara went all out to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much to ask. If you had a request they found a way to accommodate. The kids had a great time, the food was amazing and the rooms were clean. Would recommend!
