Check-in:
Check-in at Hotel Chateau Bansko is available from 7:00 AM on the day of arrival. Please ensure you arrive on time to fully enjoy the amenities we offer.
Check-out:
The check-out time for the rooms is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Please respect this time to allow us to prepare the room for the next guests.
Accessibility:
The hotel and its surrounding infrastructure are fully accessible to guests in wheelchairs. One of our studios is specifically adapted for guests with mobility difficulties, offering all necessary amenities for maximum comfort.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! We arrived with a large group, and even though the hotel was at full capacity, the hosts handled everything with the utmost professionalism. The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel’s location is perfect—just outside the busy village, yet within walking distance to everything. If you’re looking for a fantastic kosher hotel, this place comes highly recommended.

I had an amazing time with my children at this hotel. For the owners nothing was a problem. They accommodated anything that we required. I would highly recommend this place for the accommodation food and ambience.

Not one to usually leave reviews but Yanki and Atara went all out to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much to ask. If you had a request they found a way to accommodate. The kids had a great time, the food was amazing and the rooms were clean. Would recommend!
